To submit an unsubmitted character, write their in-game description in the "Block Quote" format. Head "Skills" with all of their skills as sub-heading 1 with the moused-over description. Do not specify numbers, or durations. Then, add a Strategies Header with an Engaging strategy. Finally, add Skins with all of the character's skins in a bullet list and then finish with whatever trivia you know.
